As the Owner and Head Trainer of Muskoka Mobile Fitness, I bring over 10 years of experience training at the peak of the fitness industry. With my education from the University of Guelph Humber in Fitness and Health Promotion studies, my extensive knowledge and practice in personal training, fitness programming, and my passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, I am well-equipped and ready to help my valued clients achieve their fitness aspirations. Additionally, I am a former Team Canada Men's Beach Volleyball Athlete, who competed internationally at the highest level. I have formerly trained with the CSIO, Athlete Institute, and Humber High Performance Centre. I am also an active highly credentialed Firefighter, who is passionate about strength, health, and wellness as a lifestyle.
